Working with injuries
Injuries don’t have to be the end of your training. I work with clients recovering from injury or managing ongoing niggles, creating programs that support healing while keeping you active and progressing safely.
New to Exercise/Gym
Starting out can feel overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be. I create a welcoming space for beginners, breaking things down clearly so you can learn the basics, build confidence, and enjoy your training journey.
Running/Strength for Running
As both a strength coach and running coach, I help runners improve performance, build resilience, and reduce injury risk. Whether you're chasing a PB or training for your first race, I design programs that blend running and strength training for long-term progress.

30 minutes: $65 per session
45 minutes: $75 per session
60 minutes: $90 per session
Two sessions per week
30 minutes: $62.5 per session
45 minutes: $70 per session
60 minutes: $85 per session
Three sessions per week
30 minutes: $60 per session
45 minutes: $65 per session
60 minutes: $80 per session
