One-on-One Training

Specialities/Expertise

Working with injuries

Injuries don’t have to be the end of your training. I work with clients recovering from injury or managing ongoing niggles, creating programs that support healing while keeping you active and progressing safely.

Strength Training

I help clients build real, functional strength with smart, progressive training. Whether your goal is to lift heavier, move better, or feel more confident in the gym, I’ll guide you with a clear plan and purpose.

New to Exercise/Gym

Starting out can feel overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be. I create a welcoming space for beginners, breaking things down clearly so you can learn the basics, build confidence, and enjoy your training journey.

Running/Strength for Running

As both a strength coach and running coach, I help runners improve performance, build resilience, and reduce injury risk. Whether you're chasing a PB or training for your first race, I design programs that blend running and strength training for long-term progress.

Training Assessment Plan (TAP)

A TAP, or Training Assessment Plan, is your initial consultation and a fundamental part of your training journey. It allows us to dive into your injury history, medical background, and lifestyle, and helps us set meaningful goals.

This ensures we create a personalised plan that's perfectly suited to you, because we believe in training smart.

TAPs are typically 30 to 45 minutes long, completely free, and you can book yours either through our TAP booking page or by reaching out with an inquiry.

How Sessions Work

  • Each session begins with a warm-up, where we check in on how you're feeling, reflect on the previous week, and address any soreness or concerns. This ensures the session is tailored to how your body is feeling that day.

  • Moving into the main working sets.

Designed around your specific goals, whether that's building strength, improving fitness, or injury management. Each working set is designed to complement your overall training.

  • Sessions finish with a cool-down, light stretching, and a quick reflection to track progress and plan ahead.
