TJ Endurance is the running side of TJ Fitness. It’s for runners who want clear structure, personalised coaching, and support that fits around real life. Whether you’re just getting started or chasing a goal, the focus is on training smart, staying consistent, and actually enjoying the process.
WHO IS SUITABLE?
INTERMEDIATE RUNNERS
Intermediate runners wanting to improve consistency, structure, and performance. Maybe you have been running consistency but without any true purpose and structure. We will help you understand the different type of running workouts and understand the importance of running with purpose.
BEGINNERS WANTING TO START
Beginners looking to start their running journey with the right foundation. We will help you understand how to start running again in a safe and comfortable manner and kick start your running journey with ease and not something you dread.
RUNNERS WITH RECURRING INJURIES
Runners who are managing recurring injuries and want to train safely and effectively. We will pinpoint any underlining reason if that is muscle weekness or poor technique. We will help you become a stronger runner with correct technique and stay injury free!
RUNNERS LOOKING FOR RACE PB’S
Experience runner preparing for a race who want to hit a new personal best with a structured, personalised plan. We will help you hit race day fulling prepared and feeling strong to hit that brand new PB!
Running Foundations Assessment
The Running Foundations Assessment includes two 60-minute video calls.
In the first call, we’ll dive into your goals, training history, and available data. Your personalised running plan is then built over the following 1–2 weeks.
In the second call, you’ll receive your full program, learn how to follow it, and gain clarity on best practices so you can train smarter from day one.
After this session, your coaching officially begins.
Coaching Offers

Level 1 is ideal if you want structure, guidance, and accountability without regular calls.
You’ll receive a fully customised running plan tailored to your goals and experience, updated every 4 weeks to keep you progressing. You’ll have unlimited text and app support for questions or check-ins, questionnaire-based feedback to guide adjustments, and full access to the coaching app to track your training.
Best for runners who are confident training independently but want professional oversight and support.

Level 2 offers a higher level of hands-on coaching with regular communication and adjustments.
You’ll get a customised running plan updated every 4 weeks, unlimited text and app support, and regular plan adjustments as your training evolves. Every 4 weeks, we’ll also catch up via video call to review progress, discuss challenges, and make sure your training is aligned with your goals. Questionnaire-based feedback and full app access are included.
Best for runners who want structure plus regular check-ins to stay consistent, confident, and progressing.

Level 3 is for runners who want close, ongoing coaching and faster adjustments.
You’ll receive a fully customised running plan and a custom strength plan, both updated every 2 weeks. You’ll have unlimited text and app support, regular plan adjustments, and a video call every 2 weeks to review training, recovery, and performance. Full access to the coaching app is included.
Best for runners chasing specific performance goals, managing higher training loads, or wanting maximum support and accountability.
