What if I have an injury or health condition?
We’ll always start with a health screening and review your training history. I tailor every program to suit your needs and work around any limitations, with the goal of helping you move better, get stronger, and build confidence. I have a real passion for helping those with injuries rediscover the joy of exercise—because everyone deserves to enjoy training.
Do I need to be fit to start training with you?
Not at all! I work with all fitness levels from complete beginners to experienced gym goers. Sessions are tailored to your current level and designed to help you progress safely and confidently.
Where do the training sessions take place?
TJ Fitness is located at the state-of-the-art facilities at Fitness Factory in Prospect and Lightsview, Adelaide, SA.
How long is the right amount of time for a session?
Personal training sessions range from 30, 45 or 60 minutes long, depending on your preference and goals. 60 minute sessions are highly recommended as this gives time to get the most out of your session and help as much as possible.
Can I train with a friend or partner?
Yes! We offer friend or partner sessions at a discounted rate, just $110 total for a one-hour session. That’s only $55 each for a fully personalised PT session. It’s a great way to stay motivated, have fun, and work towards your goals together.
