Terms of Service

Welcome to TJ Fitness! By signing up for our coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to support your progress, protect your time, and ensure a professional and respectful experience for everyone.

1. Minimum Commitment

All coaching packages require a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows enough time to see real results and ensures both consistency and accountability.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require 14 days’ notice to cancel your membership.

Notice must be submitted in writing (email or text).

Your membership will remain active and payments will continue for 14 days after notice is given.

3. Session Cancellations & Make-Ups

A 24-hour cancellation window applies for all booked sessions.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Clients are responsible for booking make up sessions via booking link provided at the time of cancelling.

If no suitable time is available for a make-up session, it is the client’s responsibility to contact Tom to explore alternatives. TJ Fitness is not responsible for making up missed sessions if a suitable time cannot be arranged, and no refund will be issued for the missed session.

4. Freeze Periods (Holidays & Short-Term Injuries)

We understand life happens! You may pause your membership under the following conditions:

Up to 2 weeks at a time, for holidays or short-term injuries.

Maximum of 2 freeze periods per 12-month cycle.

Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and approved.

5. Failed/Bounced Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry for 24 hours.

After that, a $10 late fee will be added to the next successful payment.

Repeated failed payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Client Responsibility

All clients are expected to communicate honestly, show up on time, and follow agreed-upon programs.

Any injuries, illnesses, or changes in goals should be reported to Tom as soon as possible so coaching can be adjusted accordingly.

7. Health Disclaimer

By participating in coaching sessions, you confirm that you are medically fit and cleared to exercise. Any underlying health conditions should be disclosed before starting.
